Went inside to order. Was greeted, order was taken, within a few minutes my large hot spicy Chai was ready. Awesome drink! The only thing I missed was the chocolate covered coffee beans!

I've never had a bad experience here. Always stellar customer service whether inside or at the drive thru. I'm a big fan of the chocolate espresso bean they add (optional!) to your hot drink!
